Wind Wolves Preserve Quickie

David took a quick trip to Wind Wolves Preserve on Sun, April 11th.

David had the wildflower itch so he took a quick trip to Wind Wolves Preserve Sunday morning.  It was pretty obvious once he got close, the wildflowers were done. Nothing but a few lupines and dried straw.  Oh, well.  There is always something to photograph.

At the entrance kiosk, David stopped to sign the entry log and noticed a sign warning there had been a mountain lion sighting.  Cool.  David got the camera out to snap a shot of the sign.  The camera went click and nothing happened.  Obviously, David had not properly clicked the button, so, he tried again.  Click, nothing!  A quick look at the camera screen showed a message: No Card!  That's when David remembered he had removed the memory card earlier to download some photos.

Well, David put the camera away, turned around and headed home.
