Our site supports conversational agents. You can download the necessary Agent components yourself or choose "Browse SFN with Agents" to automatically install Agent components. We have NOT included automatic downloading of the Microsoft® Speech Recognition Engine (.exe file, 6 MB) although it is supported on our site. Depending on your internet connection speed, the installation of Agent components could take 20 - 60 minutes.

To facilitate the use of conversational agents, we recommend that you download the agent animation files. Links to these files can be found on the necessary Agent components page. Storing the agent animation files locally on your computer will heighten the agent experience.
