Mother-In-Law Salsa

Ingredients:
4 cups diced tomatoes
2 - 3 tbsp. oil
1 large onion, chopped
Cilantro, chopped (add to your taste)
3 yellow waxed peppers, chopped
1 large can green chilis, diced
1 small can diced jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup garlic red wine vinegar
3 - 4 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Sugar to taste

Hot time in Hawaii:
Mix all ingredients and slurp it up.

Direct from the Seibold thought farm:
We grow some of our own vegetables like tomatoes and jalapeno peppers.   Fresh is nice.   However, we have discovered that we can freeze the tomatoes and peppers with no ill effect on the taste.   We quarter the tomatoes and freeze the peppers whole.
