Sitting in the office when the portable phone rang somewhere on the other side of the house.  Picked up the office phone and punched line 2.  It was dead.   Discovered Max had chewed through the office phone cord.  Started looking around and found Max had chewed through the speaker and foot pedal cords for the keyboard.  At least he could have chewed through the power cord too!  Maybe we should have keep the name Chewy after all!

"Max, come here!  What's all this chewing about?"
"Gee, I thought it was spaghetti!"
