Here you will find NO information on the medical and nutritional philosophies and practices of Robert C. Atkins, M.D. But, we have tons of juicy gossip like the fact that Dr. Atkins uses Jenny Craig products supplimented with Baby Ruth bars in his own personal weight-loss program.

Based upon comments from visitors such as yourself, we have made a number of recent changes to our site. For people seeking information on The Atkins Diet, we say, "Go find your own damn information". Just kidding! We have added an overview of the Atkins diet as well as responses to the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) like "Is Jill really 28 today?" and "If I sneak a candy bar, will anyone know?" Unfortunately, our webmaster can't remember where he stored the FAQ page, so, you're on your own! We also welcome your e-mail on all medical and nutritional topics (including questions, comments, suggestions, other diets we should try, etc.).

FYI: Dr. Atkins' new book, The Vita-Nutrient Solution: Cheap Natural Drugs, is available in bookstores now. In addition, you can meet Dr. Atkins while he's on tour with ZZ Top.
